For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?
Your data will be processed in order to send a Newsletter to your e-mail address.
The basis for processing your personal data by Canpol is your consent, i.e. art. 6 section 1(a) of GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal.
Canpol will share your personal data with other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of Canpol. In addition, Canpol will share your personal data with other recipients, if such obligation will result from the law.
Your data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.

raise objections to the processing of data in the cases referred to in art. 21 of the GDPR;
transfer the supplied data, processed in an automated manner.
If you feel that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
